PSL change Free State Stars’ match date following the death of Sinethemba Jantjie

JOHANNESBURG, April 3 – The Premier Soccer League has granted a request by Free State Stars to move their Absa Premiership fixture scheduled for this Saturday.

This follows the death of their player, Sinethemba Jantjie in a car accident on Monday morning. The League will confirm a new date in due course.

Ea Lla Koto, as Free State Stars are popularly known, have released the details of the Eastern Cape-born player’s memorial and funeral services.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday from 11am at the Bohlokong New Hall, Bethlehem.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday from 10am at Whittlesea, Oxton Village near Khulasomele Primary School in the Eastern Cape. (ANA)
