New brewery in Nigeria to start production by middle of the year

JOHANNESBURG, March 2 (ANA) – Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) (ABI.BR), the world’s largest beer maker, expects its new $250 million brewery being built in Sagamu, Nigeria, to start production in the middle of this year, Reuters reported.

Ricardo Tadeu, the head of its Africa operations, said on Thursday that in five to 10 years Africa would be an important growth driver for the global company.
