Property firm NEPI Rockcastle says distributable earnings per share to rise 17 percent

JOHANNESBURG, January 12 – Commercial property investor and developer NEPI Rockcastle said late on Thursday it expected its distributable earnings per share for the year ended December 31 to be approximately 17 percent higher than the previous year.

The company, which is listed on the JSE securities exchange but based in the Isle of Man, said its loan-to-value ratio was currently below the company’s targeted level of 35 percent.

It said it would publish its results for the year on or about February 20.
