Who would have thought that this would even be a question in 2017? Sensationalism, would be the immediate response. But what about a threat, a warning, a prediction – call it what you will – from a right-wing activist who was part of President President Richard Nixon’s administration that was impeached.
Roger Stone, when asked if President Donald Trump faced a possible impeachment, was uncompromising in his view and laid it thick and fast. “Try to impeach him, just try it. You will have a spasm of violence in this country, an insurrection like you’ve never seen. The people will not stand for impeachment. A politician that votes for it would be endangering their own life,” he said.

American actor, comedian and political analyst responded to these threats predicting who the winner of a civil war would be. He reminded the right-wing that they lost before, before pouring water on the veracity and seriousness with which Stone’s threats should be taken.
