CAPE TOWN, April 20 (ANA) – Philip Kgosana, who as a 23-year-old in 1960, led a 30 000-strong march in Cape Town against the hated apartheid-era pass laws, has died in a Pretoria hospital. He was 80.
Kgosana was a long-serving member of the Pan Africanist Congress (PAC).
